Regarding Attendance Registration
Attendees can register for VIDEC 2026 through:
- Online registration on the Conference's official website
- Direct registration through the Organizing Committee at the Conference
The Organizing Committee recommends online registration to facilitate tracking and confirmation of information.
After completing registration, the system will send a confirmation email to the registered address. Please check your Spam / Junk folder if you have not received the email.
Participants, please:

- Contact the Organizing Committee and provide transfer details / proof of payment. The Organizing Committee will verify and respond as soon as possible.
- Paid attendance tickets are non-refundable, except for special cases as per the Organizing Committee's policy.
- Please contact us for assistance in specific situations that may arise.
Regarding CME Certification
- Register and attend the conference as required
- Fulfill all attendance requirements (check-in at the conference)
CME certificates will be issued to participants who meet the attendance criteria.
Detailed information regarding the number of CME credits will be officially announced by the Organizing Committee in the conference program.
CME certificates can be issued in the form of:
- Electronic version (email)
- Or printed version (depending on the specific program regulations)
CME certificates will be sent to attendees within 10 – 15 business days after the conference concludes.
Other questions
Depending on the ticket type registered, benefits may include:
- Attendance at scientific sessions on the registered day
- Lunch & tea-break
- Accompanying benefits for each ticket category
Presentation materials (if permitted for sharing) will be provided by the Organizing Committee after the conference. Sharing is subject to the speaker's consent.
